1 Topbadge account
1.1 What is a MeetingLinq account?
The MeetingLinq account is a personal environment, where you can view an overview of your orders. Your invoices can also be found here.
Another advantage is that via a MeetingLinq account with the next order, you do not have to enter all your details.
1.2 How do I create a MeetingLinq account?
Have you not previously ordered from us?

Did you ordered with us before?
When you have placed an order once, you automatically have an account. If you want to log in, please create a password. Do this here: https://shop.meetinglinq.com/en/account/password
1.3 I have an account for MeetingLinq, but I do not know my details anymore.

2 Payments
2.1 Import duties / taxes
For countries outside the EU import duties may occur. These are not calculated and not invoiced by Meetinglinq B.V.
For more information about import duties and taxes, please contact your local customs or tax organizations.
2.2 I would like to order on credit?
At the MeetingLinq shop you can pay with iDEAL and credit card aswell.
2.3 I can't pay with a credit card, how can I pay?
You can pay for the order with iDEAL.
2.4 I cannot pay via iDEAL, how can I pay?
You can pay for the order with credit card.
2.5 Something went wrong with my payment. How can I try to pay again.
That's no problem. just follow the steps below or watch the movie.
    1. Login to your MeetingLinq account.
        (If you don't have an account, please create a password first. Do this here: https://shop.meetinglinq.com/en/account/password)
   2. Find your order and click on view.
   3. In the next screen you can click on the button Pay now to go to the payment screen.
   4. Select the way you would like to pay to complete your order.

5 My order and delivery
5.1 Import duties / taxes

5.2 I need my order this week, can I order via Meetinglinq?
Yes, that's possible. We usually ship within 1 business day. However, there can always be reasons that orders are shipped later. At shipment you receive a track and trace code. By this code, you can track your status of the order with the courier is fulfilled
5.3 Something went wrong with my order.
Contact us by the form on the right side of this webpage. We will respond within one business day. or please call us +31 20 346 0650
5.4 I placed an order, but I did not receive anything. How did that happen?
An error has probably occurred in the handling of your order. Contact us by the contact form all call us +31 20 346 0650.
5.5 How long does it take before I receive an order?
The order will be shipped within 1 business day. Ordered today, delivered tomorrow. This applies to business days. Exceptions are possible, for example when you ordered at the weekend.
5.6 How can I view my order(s)?
You can view all orders via https://shop.meetinglinq.com/en/account#show-registration . Use the e-mail address with which you have ordered.
6 Pricing
6.1 Are the prices on the website inclusive or excluding VAT and shipping costs?
The prices are exclusive of shipping costs and excluding VAT. Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium are free from goods value € 300,00. Shipping for orders under € 300,00 are € 30,00
6.2 On the website, in ads or on Google I see a price per piece, but if I convert my order then that price is not correct.
The prices we communicate are the unit prices of the highest order quantity. Therefore, the unit price of the order can be different than the communicated prices.
