iDEAL

iDeal is used in The Netherlands as a way of online payment. Through iDEAL it is easy and safe to pay for your online purchases.

Credit Card

With your credit card it is easy and safe to pay for your online purchases. We accept Mastercard and VISA.

On account

This method of paying is only available for existing MeetingLinq customers who are registered at the the Chamber of Commerce.

Transport costs

Within the Netherlands and Belgium we send all of the products by TNT. If your delivery address differs from the invoice address you can mention so on the purchase order form. For orders from The Netherlands and Belgium with a net sales value under €300.00 we add a €30.00 order, transport and administration fee. For orders with a net sales value above the €300.00, shipping is free on board within The Netherlands and Belgium.

Outside The Netherlands and Belgium all products are shipped by TNT or FedEx. The transport costs will be separately calculated based on their weight and size. After that calculation we will choose the most suited transportation method.

For all our deliveries we apply our sales, delivery and payment conditions.

The shipping costs for a sample are based on the weight and size of the sample.
