Barbecuestarter van metaal met houten handgreep. Met deze barbecuestarter maak je houtskool of briketten gebruiksklaar, waardoor je sneller met de barbecue kan starten. Tijdens het barbecueën is de starter bovendien handig om een nieuwe voorraad kooltjes op te warmen. Naast houtskoolbarbecues versnelt de brikettenstarter ook vuurkorven en rookovens. Het werkt heel eenvoudig. Je doet een paar aanmaakblokjes onder de koker of wat krantenpapier, vult de cilinder met houtskool of briketten en je steekt de aanmaakblokken/kranten aan. Binnen zo'n 10 à 15 minuten giet je de houtskool of briketten uit de koker en verdeel je ze gelijkmatig, waarna je BBQ van start kan.
